Been coming here for years and at this point they over charge on labor and leave dirty oil rags in your vechile. Very sad from how they use to operate. On top of all of that didn't even fix the issue that the vechile was brought in for this visit. I've also had issues with them making judgement calls on my vechile without asking then expecting you to cover the cost (tire rotations and balancing). Rear brakes went out on vacation in Decorah. Called Decorah Tire Service when they opened. Had my brakes fixed before noon. Very friendly.
They were very busy on July 3rd, got me in for just an oil change. Courteous & professional.
We had a tire blowout while traveling to Decorah. We called Decorah tire service on Thursday. They had four of the tires we needed. We couldn't get in to the shop on Thursday so we set up our campsite. We arranged to stop Monday morning on our way home. We arrived at the shop around 8:00. The staff was very friendly.
