Extremely poor communication about progress of a very lengthy repair. No response ever to phone calls. Lots of people milling around at front desk but very difficult to extract information about the progress of the repair and the reason for weeks longs delays after all parts were in.

Made an appointment three weeks in advance for an oil change in the appointment. I was told that they would pick our car up at our workplace and return it. None of that ever happened. In fact, they did not even have the appointment written down also had extended warranty for ceramic to be applied seems to be something that they don’t do but did not want to return the money that was paid for the extended warranty for the service. Very poor service.

I was driving from Cresco to Decorah when my low tire warning came on. I called Decorah Ford and, despite it being the end of their work day, they were able to fit my car in, fix my tire, and had me back on the road in 30 minutes. I've always had excellent service here at a reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone wanting good, fast service.
