I love Decorah Bicycles! Travis and the crew are super helpful and friendly! I love that they are not pushy and lets me try everything before I decide if I want to purchase it or not. Our family of 4's bikes have all been bought from there and we will not go anywhere else!
I had my bike tuned up and needed some help getting a bike stroller up and running. Travis and his staff went above and beyond, and as my toddler grows up, I won't be buying her bikes anywhere else.

This is the best bike shop I have ever been to. I live in La Crosse now and this is still the only bike shop I trust to help me figure out what I need. I've never had an experience where anyone that works there has tried to sell me more than what I needed. I live in La Crosse now and make the trip to get any work or accessories for my bike. Went in to buy a bike and felt very pressured to buy accessories. felt like I was getting a lecture on the importance of a helmet. Yes I get it but at that time I was only wanting to buy a bike. It made the whole shopping for a bike a little on the uncomfortable side. Took me weeks just to save up to buy that bike so just didn't have the cash to buy accessories/ helmet at that time.
Travis and Jamie were both great help to us! Fast, friendly service. We purchased a Specialized bike and a Trek bike trailer. We are thrilled with both!
