Does okay work. Was paid a lot of money for a specific theme for a Quinceanera, yet the theme was no where to be found. Owner kept saying she understood what was wanted and just ended up doing whatever she wanted instead. Was highly disappointed and ruined the expections our family had. You can also barely get a hold of them so communication is not part of their packages.

My aunt had spoken to this lady for months, spent hours in her office discussing her wedding.. this lady said she would cover everything from table coverings, decorations, arch, chair covers, cleaning up the venue etc.. they even spoke the day before the wedding! The day of the wedding, this lady is a no show no call!! We called and messaged her left and right before she finally messaged and said she was out of town.
