We placed an order 3 months in advance. The wrong dresses came in and they could not assure us re-placing the order would insure arrival in time for the wedding. We went to the store several times and it was closed during regular business hours. I called several times to ask if the dressed had come in and my calls were not returned.. I will say, they did not hesitate to refund my deposit. FYI they ONLY ACCEPT CASH.
