The 2 stars are for the wonderful job in the end that was done with my wedding reception decor, and the wedding ceremony decor was also nice (but not by any means exceptional). However, I would recommend paying a bit more and saving yourself the headache of dealing with this team. Eventually I relinquished the responsibility of trying to get in touch with Lena to my wedding planner who took over, so I had barely any say in the final decor because I was literally so stressed out by that point and NOTHING had been finalized in... read more

I tried to contact these people. I spoke to the lady twice. First time she told me to call her back at a specific time and when I did, he phone happened to “not work”. Then I called her the next day and she gets my email and phone number so she can set up a zoom meeting… never heard from her again. This is not how you run a business. Her decor is great and I can’t take away from that, but running a good business requires some type of communication and customer service.
Lena simply didnt reply to my numerous trials to get hold of her ,she doesn't have the courtesy to even let people know that she is busy or she isn't willing to help or whatever ...very poor manners and service .dont waste your time with them
