Decor and Design is only good when the product arrives perfect, any problems with the product and they are useless. Ordered 2 customs blinds paid over 1300 dollars. We waited several mths which is normal The plantation shutter arrived earlier and it was great installation smooth . The second blind arrived installation smooth . I paid in full and WATCH Out for that . They don’t give ANY refunds or credits for any manufacturers flaws etc !!
