I didn't say there was NO COMMUNICATION - I said poor communication. We are tired of chasing you for updates. Emails, phone calls etc have been gone unanswered. Do I expect a phone call everyday - seriously don't be absurd. I did mention in the review that things were fixed and handled. Is everything on the punch list fixed - NO. You can easily pick up the phone too knowing full well that things are still unfinished on the punch list. That goes both ways. DDC created the most beautiful custom home of our dreams. Mark demonstrated high integrity and he expects the same from his team. Each team member and subcontractor is highly flexible and, again, always professional.
