I have been getting my bioidentical hormone pellet procedure done at DECON since 2024 for hormonal imbalance, and the whole experience has been very smooth and reassuring. Lindsay the PA was fantastic—super knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole pellet procedure feel straightforward. I have been seeing Dr Kos for 3 1/2 years now, For Decon there is not a better Dr in Reno period. Dr Kos is the most kind and understanding Dr, she listen to what you have to say and she will answer all your questions. Dr Kos is patient does not try to hurry you up and get you. Dr Kos doesn’t look at you as a number , and her MA is Kim is always in a great mood and she is on it. Kim and Amber , if they tell you it’s done. Trust me they took care of everything. My primary doctor sent a referral to see Dr. Prohaska, but his referral woman (Sonia) told this office that I am self pay. She also told them that I was committing insurance fraud by doing so. Ralston does not accept my insurance, but Anna from DECON told me that the doctor refused to see me because to it. I spoke to an attorney and my insurance company. Sonia has been reported for slandering patients. It is NOT illegal to self-pay at a doctor's office when the patient's insurance is not accepted. From the negative reviews, ... read more
I’m so thankful to have found Dr. Kuhadiya . I had seen several doctors previously, who were unable to address my thyroid problems . At my very first appointment, he was able to address my issues as he had already looked over all my paperwork from previous doctors. He took his time to explain my lab work to me in terms I could understand and what his plans were for my care. He is so personable and has a wonderful bedside manner. I highly recommend him.
