I called Dana, corporate secretary and she responded within minutes of my call. I explained about the high radon gas reading and she connected me with their field engineer who made arrangements to inspect the property. they made their assessment, scheduled the job and discovered a power source issue which eliminated the original concerns. (Home owner) Do not know how any insurance company would deal with them. They pad bills. They charge for items that are never done. I am Sure you can find someone else that will be fair for the customer and the insurance company's. When I sat down to talk to Uri he listen folded up his papers and walked out. The money was being held by a third party so he knew he would get paid . I had the opportunity to work with Decon Environmental for asbestos remediation on a property I was about to purchase. Their professionalism, flexibility, and willingness to help gave me the confidence to move forward with the purchase, even though the property needed asbestos remediation. I am a home developer in Miami who recently had to deal with radon exceeding recommended levels in one of the rooms of a new house under contract.
