I have been coming to Decompress for a year now and leave SO relaxed every time I leave! Alyssa always does a fabulous job, starting with asking if there are any spots that need special attention, and confirming the pressure is good during the massage. I love the membership option - it is my reminder to myself to spend time on me each month! Highly recommend!
I've had 2 massages now with Lucy and both have been fantastic! I love the soothing atmosphere at Decompress Massage Therapy, and everyone I've interacted with is very professional, kind, and welcoming. The massage therapist does a great job at finding out the pressure you prefer, and targeting the areas you have the most tension built up. I would highly recommend and can't wait for my next massage!
It’s unfortunate writing this as I’ve had great experiences with Decompress in the past. However, my most recent experience was less than ideal. To start, I will say I appreciated the demeanor and welcoming nature of my masseuse. The atmosphere of Decompress is always relaxing and welcoming. The issues were with the actual massage.
