Terrible shop. This is a shoddy product. If you have dogs and kids DO NOT PURCHASE. There is no sturdy way to assemble the product. This seller is incompetent and should be kicked off Etsy for poor product description and poor customer service. Worst purchase ever.

I displayed my 5x9.5 flag and it was amazing. It didn’t fit in begin and I spoke with customer rep over the phone and they explain me how to do it. It’s perfectly fine. Love it
