Charged my haircut for $70 which was not great. Hair stylist talked and bragged too much and tried to sell me products. Not very satisfied with the haircut in the end.
I’ve been to Lam for three years and he never let me down. He’s very professional and very much understands my needs. But my recent experience with the new lady in store was very disappointing. She offered to trim my bang, but didn’t ask what style and length I would like, then went blindly to trim my hair to a very awkward length, and it’s also uneven.
