I’ve been waiting for 1.5-2 years for my apartment leak to be fixed. The leaks soak my carpet and have damaged my bedroom skirting. My emails are now being ignored despite my best efforts to cooperate so that this issue can be resolved. No communication on problem identification or resolution. This is my home. These are homes. I strongly recommend exercising caution when considering properties built by Decoded Group. I purchased a near-new townhouse built by them, only one year old at the time of purchase. It has now been four years since my purchase, and it is unbelievable that the key issues have still not been properly addressed. Since moving in, we have experienced ongoing water leakage problems that have never been properly resolved. I had a water leakage issue on my wall and contacted Decode. They responded quickly and arranged an inspection and repair without delay. The team was highly professional, reliable, and efficient throughout the process. Update Jan 2026... There has been two major rain events since this review. The earlier one later 2025, not long after the initial repairs showed to still leak, but only after 7 days solid of rain. The one just gone Jan 2026, there was no detected ingress. I don't know what work has been performed on other parts of the building that may be different between the two rain events, but they did visit after the first one, and after the initial repairs, to follow up.
