Sorry. It was closed. And no tent outlets either. We spent a whole Saturday looking at many places that said they were open and found a main inside place. But they are closed for the winter. And we really tried because I bought a year warranty in April and didn't get a star in the windshield until Nov 7 2025. Paid around a hundred dollars and the one time I could have used it. I just went to 1 of the tent locations on 11st and approximately Heritage Dr se Calgary and had 3 vehicles ahead of me. I watched the lady set up the Deco Flag, the table with all.the Deco Logo and take pictures while I spoke with the other customers who were waiting for service that nobody received.The lady working at that location didn't acknowledge anyone or actually say anything to any customer and just continued doing whatever she was doing. Don’t use this people, they will keep charging your credit card once the have your information, is a scam!
Tommy Ho did an amazing job fixing the chips in my windshield. He was extremely kind, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The quality of his work and his customer service were outstanding. Honestly, his managers need to give him a raise and a promotion—employees like Tommy are hard to find.
