Visited Decan at the Woodgrove location in Nanaimo, who was able to fix the crack that had spread from an unseen chip at the bottom of my windshield. Perfect service, very personable, and with my plan I saved $140.00! Highly recommend these guys, the experience is consistent expertise.

There is no warranty or customer service support. If you're lucky, they might repair it correctly; otherwise, you’ll just waste your money. No one responds to your emails—they're horrible. They repaired my windshield in Nanaimo, and within half an hour, the small chips turned into a large crack. When I went back to get it fixed, they told me it was no longer repairable. I submitted all the required documents as instructed, but I haven’t received any response.
The young man demonstrated EXCELLENT costumer service skills and has done a fantastic job with a very bad damage to the windshield. Amazing experience! Thank you for that !
