It was most enjoyable. The young Lex was very knowledgeable and pleasure to be around as she was repairing the windshield way to go to get good employees.
Excellent experience from start to finish. Rowan provided outstanding customer service—his communication was clear, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. He made everything easy and stress-free. Employees like him make a real difference. Somebody should give this guy a raise! Highly recommend.
The guy was good and professional and very polite
At woodgrove shopping center wife let them fix a rock chip in our vans window, they charged her the $125 pricing for "up to an 8" Crack". I can take a nickle (stated as the size for a $65 chip repair) and the repair is 100% covered by the nickle; nothing outside of the nickle at all... Not one single crack line or otherwise. Totally ripped her off. Totally pissed. If anyone wants a photo of the nickle over the repair I will happily send one. This is fraud 100%. Do not go there.
