I ordered floor to ceiling mirrors. They installed them with a massive and uneven gap at the ceiling. Any gap should have been at the skirting. They admitted the mirrors were cut too small but they wanted to charge me money to put ugly beading across the top of the wall to cover it. They also damaged my freshly painted ceiling on installation (the painters left the week before on a total renovation project). Needless to say they are being referred to Fair Trading.
