Worst service ever!!! We only had 1 person helping for more than half of the party... and she was completely rude to my guest and worst of all my birthday boy and birthday girl... she even had the nerve to smack my daughters hand away from the candy buffet... when asked if there was any chile for the nachos she asked what was that... i know she knows what chile is cuz she spoke to me in spanish... when all of this was brought to her attention after the guest were gone she denied all accusasions and didnt apolagize... i asked... read more
worst experience ever...False advertisement..recently reported to BBB. Place is dirty, the food is not for the number of people they advertise for. Food was cold and not appealing. Service was really bad...Please go elsewhere for your special event. You will be very disappointed if you hire them.
Deco Ivory Event Services is amazing at what they do. I've had the honor to have them for my daughters birthday parties for the past few years. The party hall is amazing! They included everything from food to decorations to face painting(very talented staff) to cotton candy and shaved ice. I am a very satisfied and thankful customer and that is why I will continue to be a loyal customer.
Deco Ivory Event Services is a horrible business!! Twice in one week, at two different events, my kids along with several other children were turned away from face painting by these people after having waited in line for over an hour. All these people can do is give insincere apologies as they walk away with their heads down because you better believe that after the second time, they were chewed out.
