Renting in Deerfield , my vents were never vacuumed/ cleaned for 8 years. Finally they did for me. ( lucky me) The gentleman was very courteous, on time, and did a great job. He took off every vent cover, cleaned them, then put something inside that my place smells like a W Hotel. Highly recommend! ( btw, nine vent covers in total)

My landlord contacted this company to provide a second opinion and quote for repairs on the damage from a leak in our bedroom that returned every time it rained. The worker came out and checked the moisture in the drywall of the ceiling before claiming it wasn’t wet, we did not have mold, and he was not willing to go into the attic.
