I’ve been going to this salon for years, and I always had great experiences with my previous stylist (who has since moved out of state). This is not a review for the services, but a review for a lack of services. I rescheduled an appointment a few weeks back, it was supposed to be for today. I got an auto-generated email that said my appointment had been cancelled, two hours before the appointment was supposed to start. The person who answered the phone said that they had been calling and texting since Saturday, and couldn't get ahold of me. I confirmed they had the right phone number, and they did.
