I would strongly caution anyone thinking of purchasing from Deco Communities (Envy, Inspire, Edison Midtown). Note - they have rebranded themselves, "Greenlight Communities". I am sure this is because of all the horrible business practices that they implemented as "Deco" they are now trying to rebrand.
This is the worst company I have ever seen, the agents are irresponsible, rarely returns your calls and I swear they blocked your number if you have any complains. This has been the worst experience I ever had with a sales company.
Just like the last person, I would strongly advise against doing business with these people. They cannot be trusted to do anything they say they will do.
