Menu options are good for a lobby bar. Areas to sit vary from bar stools, tables, couches. Service is lacking as there are no wait staff besides bartenders. They need servers attending to customers that are not sitting at the bar stools. For this price point and an IHG hotel there should be a way to order rather than standing in a line at the bar. This lobby bar is located on the first floor of the Intercontinental Hotel near the front desk. Snacks $8-$26, Salads $16-$31, Appetizers $24-$40, Plates $20-$40.
We had a wonderful experience thanks to Charlotte at the bar. She provided outstanding customer service and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. What really stood out was that when we returned the next day, she remembered that my mother prefers warm water. That kind of attention to detail, especially while managing a busy bar, is rare and truly appreciated. The drinks and desserts were also excellent. Charlotte’s friendly, attentive service made our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
