I was very pleased with the service I received from Deco Air. I was happily surprised to find a female technician in the field! She quickly diagnosed the issue of our a/c and was able to fix it in 30 minutes. She showed up the parts and where they were bad. . . you could visually see the burn marks on the parts. I have had issues in the past with other companies trying to sell me equipment, but Jessie was direct, straight to the point and very professional!

I am very pleased with the service Deco Air provided! They assisted me over the weekend because my air conditioner broke down and the house was incredibly hot for my son who is 14 months. My wife searched her iphone and was able to find this company based on their reviews. They came out on Saturday and about an hour after we called them about were fast in diagnosing the problem and reasonably priced! I love this company!!!! Friday night after 9 pm our A/C unit stopped working and with the temperature being in the triple digits I was freaking out. In a frantic I began to call repair places. The first place I called said they could come Sunday afternoon. I have small children and could not wait that long. Very happy with the service I received from Deco. The girl who answered the phone was extremely knowledgeable! She was able to help me and schedule me an appointment that best worked for me. I have a real hectic schedule and the technicians called 20 minutes before they arrived so I could put my dogs away and meet the technicians. They wore uniforms and introduced themselves. Very happy with the service provided by Jessica. It is so nice to see a female mechanic working and doing just as good of job as the boys. She was very polite and attentive. She took her time and tested my heater that refused to work. She even went into my attic and told me that a duck came undone and she fixed it. Thank you for going above and beyond! The cost of the repair was minimal and I really appreciate the thorough job. Thank you!

Got home from work last night and my house was a complete oven! The thermostat said it was 86 in my house, but I knew it was hotter. I have a programmable thermostat so it turns on the air conditioner before I get home. Well it didn't do it! I googled ac repair and Deco was the first company to pop up. I called and they had an opening right away! They were in the area thank god and came right over. Found these guys late last night as I was sweating away in my apartment. Found them on Google and read their reviews and that they do 24/7 service. Called them up around 10:30ish PM and they answered right away! There was an after hour service fee, which was fine since I could not hold out until morning. Technician arrived by 11PM and got to work! really appreciate them going out of their way to find a late night technician to help me out. Big thanks to Deco for coming out and servicing my air conditioning system! I received prompt service and the technician was able to locate the problem quickly. I found Deco online and read their reviews. They went above and beyond to clean my heater and change my filters. They added an air freshener at no additional charge! Helped a lot since I have one inside cat. Thank you Deco for coming out and getting us nice and cozy again. Do recommend!
