DeckTech re-did my entire 40 year-old deck and it came out beautiful. I’m now on an annual maintenance plan so hopefully this new deck will last my lifetime. Ron has been very helpful in other areas of my home that I have needed advice on. Even if it wasn’t in their scope of their work, he always points me in the right direction. They are knowledgeable, professional, and very responsive.
Called to get a deck repair quote and never heard from them.
If you are someone who enjoys dealing with a unprofessional, rude and dishonest owner, then having to alter your busy schedule on several occasions in hopes of having work completed in a timely manner, just to have no one show up or even bother to call, then stop communication altogether, this company is for you~steer clear!!
I don’t usually leave reviews but have honestly never had the customer service situation from someone as I had with Ron. I would not recommend anyone call this Company and can only imagine if I had issues in years to come how it would be handled so beware of that if you are considering using them. I was appalled.
