I fully appreciate that everyone’s experience is different but my personal experience at Deckside has been nothing short of phenomenal. They have been servicing my pool for 3 years and providing me advice and products for just as long. While every trip to the store is different, the overall impression is that they care about their customers and will do what it takes to ensure your satisfaction. Prices are comparable with other places and the service has been outstanding. Definitely worth a try.
I wouldn’t recommend this place for your hot tub needs. I would have to agree with a previous review, but when I came into the store last week the customer service was non-existent. I approached the front desk and both employees never looked up or acknowledged my presence. One individual grunted “what do you want?”. Even though I was uncomfortable I continue to ask questions but was completely dismissed and both individuals rolled their eyes. We live in Princeton and were having trouble getting another well-known Penticton hot tub store to come over for a service call. All we got were sighs and hesitation. When we finally were able to talk to this other place's grumpy tech guy, he basically refused to come over and suggested we remove the pump ourselves and bring it over to them. I have gone to this store 3 times and every time I have gone the owner rolls her eye at me as I’m putting her out of her way. I will not buy my pool supplies from this location anymore.
Excellent service.Pool heater would code out,Dan did his research,determined,to solve the problem at minimal cost and now good for the summer.😎
