We live in Princeton and were having trouble getting another well-known Penticton hot tub store to come over for a service call. All we got were sighs and hesitation. When we finally were able to talk to this other place's grumpy tech guy, he basically refused to come over and suggested we remove the pump ourselves and bring it over to them. I have gone to this store 3 times and every time I have gone the owner rolls her eye at me as I’m putting her out of her way. I will not buy my pool supplies from this location anymore.
Excellent service.Pool heater would code out,Dan did his research,determined,to solve the problem at minimal cost and now good for the summer.😎
Bought our first house with a hot tub and they were very knowledgeable on how to get it running and keeping it running. Service was awesome except for one lady that worked there . She was rude every time I went in there and had to deal with her. She asked me to bring in a sample of water then rudely said I do not want tap water.
Dan and his team always go above and beyond on service. Highly recommend
