Quality construction. Incredibly horrible communication and management. From starting late to leaving the job with construction debris on our neighbor's property, working with Deckscapes was frustrating from beginning to end. Subcontractors would show up with no Deckscapes foremen on site, unable to communicate their full plans or rudely intruding on our space. Great experience from beginning to end. 3D design sessions were interactive and helpful. Everyone we encountered was professional, helpful and kind - including all outside contractors required for the job like electricians. Project manager was onsite frequently and extremely responsive. Highly recommend working with Deckscapes.
Requested a call over the weekend and never got a call back (They need to look into their automated messaging system) but just got a call in which their representative provided great service. Looking forward to the onsite consultation.
In our experience Deckscapes was efficient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. They made the process very easy and painless for us. We highly recommend them for quality decks and patios.
