We worked with Frank in designing and building our new grilling deck and sunroom. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Once the permit was drawn and construction began the project went smoothly. His core team showed up every day and on time and worked efficiently to complete the build in about three weeks. After that custom windows were ordered which understandably took a little time. Our new ‘Decks and Porches Unlimited’ stairs/porch [split-foyer entranceway] AND [rear] elevated deck easily qualify as “works-of-art!” Without question: our property has been greatly enhanced!
