If I could give 10 stars I would. We noticed we had a potential structural issue the day before delivery (at no fault to them. The patio was built 50+ years ago). They came out to support the patio and were still able to deliver the hot tub the same day. This was all 4 days after the purchase date. The owner then took no less than 30 minutes out of his day to explain how to care for the tub to this new owner. He’s also been great for advice on how to care for it since. Loving the hot tub I bought from Decks and Spas! Dan was extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful both before and after the sale. I highly recommend anyone needing products or services available at Decks and Spas to use this company. It was an overall five star experience! Dan is the man!
This spring I wanted to have my deck replaced with something a little larger, composite and add a second set of stairs down to the yard. I had 6 companies come out to give me bids. 5 companies basically gave me nearly identical bids; within 5% of each other, composite, slightly larger than the existing deck and each with an awkward staircase leading into the yard.
