EXCELLENT experience from initial visit to final product. Our cedar deck required a full teardown so we asked several deck builders for quotes on a new composite deck. Gideon and Ray stopped by to take a look and, immediately, we knew they were the right people for the job. They were polite and professional and answered all our questions and were the only ones that got us comfortable with how they would work around an existing stone retaining wall. I am so pleased with Decks R Us. They were very professional, hard working group of men with great workmanship and very polite. From start to end they were very respectful of my property and my opinion on what I would like my deck to look like. I would totally recommend them with no hesitation. We absolutely LOVE our new deck! First class quality and craftsmanship from start to finish. We felt so fortunate to have the installation crew of Elmer, Oscar and Ray, they are so talented and cheerful - we looked forward to seeing them each morning! The office team of Gideon, Daniel and Melvin are awesome communicators and on top of every detail throughout the process. 10 stars from start to finish...HIGHLY recommend!
