We went in to inquire about a structure for our back deck and the woman first looked at us like we has 10 heads as we walked thru the door and sat down to try and talk about pricing etc. she had no knowledge of any pricees or when the "guy who handles that kind of stuff" will be back. Thier aprence is great. But the sustainer service side of this business SUCKS. My suggestion is to get rid of the dirty look givig, rude and in knowledgable woman and hire someone who wants to learn and know about the business. No one. I know w... read more
