If you want good customer service and someone who is polite, steer clear! My aunt called because they want to redo their deck and possibly add a gazebo. She called and told the man that he would need to come when my uncle is home, either after 6pm or on Saturday. He said that he didn't do Saturdays and could just come out and tell her at 2pm how much it would cost.
