Dave Cone has done work for us on two houses. He built a front porch for us, centered our front door on our house, and built a pergola over an existing deck. All were beautifully done and really enhanced our living space and increased our property value. In our current home, he replaced all our windows and front door and created a detail design to enhance the front of our house. In all projects, Dave was timely, very efficient, and professional. His crews, in our experience, were friendly and he manages his team well.
The employees are extremely rude and disrespectful. They park wherever they please (including the *middle* of the road), are extremely rude and generally don’t care about the impact they are having on your neighbors. Cannot comment on the quality of actual work, but DO NOT hire if you like you expect professional behavior out of your contractor.
