Luis and Marco did a great job. They worked 10-12 hours a day, six days a week. They provided a very high quality of workmanship. Frank was a communicative and responsive field manager. Even the county inspector was impressed Overall, working with Decks by Caio was straight forward and easy. They delivered exactly what they said they would.

Attention to detail, solid craftsmanship, and really good communication are what we experienced with Decks by Caio. We had them rebuild our deck and assemble a gazebo kit for us. Both projects were done on time in spite of the not ideal weather. Shoutout to Frank, the construction supervisor, for being so responsive to our questions. We’re so happy with the results.

Our 25 year old wooden deck was rotting out and needed to be replaced. We met Wagner at the Longmont Home Show and started the process to install a new TimberTech deck that should last over twice as long as the original deck. Frank and his crew were very professional, experienced, and great to work. We had another project at the same time to put in a flagstone patio under the deck, and Frank worked with the landscaper to coordinate the needs of both projects. Before contacting Decks By Caio, I looked at the BBB site and found the business has an A+ rating. The quality of the craftsmanship used on our deck and detail to providing us with the highest quality product showed us how they earned that A+ rating. Wagner's staff were excellent and extremely hard workers, even in less than desireable weather conditions. We highly recommend Decks By Caio!
