I love my new deck. Decks by Caio were a wonderful company start to finish. The deck is well engineered. The bid was competitive and there were no surprises. The workers were polite and hardworking. The manager checked in with me at every stage to ensure I was happy with the work. I would highly recommend this company.
After years of unsatisfactory results with other providers, we finally found the best in Decks By Caio. Wagner and his crew went above and beyond to refinish our deck. His knowledge of product and outcomes, along with his fantastic customer service and communications, has given exactly what we wanted. I'll only ever use or recommend Decks By Caio
Decks by Caio did an absolutely fantastic job! The project was a bit complicated, but their team handled everything seamlessly and with the utmost professionalism. They gave their full attention, kept me updated throughout the process, and made the experience stress-free. The deck looks amazing, and the stamped concrete on the side is the perfect touch. Thanks to them, we now have beautiful and functional outdoor living space!
Overall the deck looks very good, lots of compliments from the neighbors. But, they need to pay more attention to the details. Some workers clearly don't care any more. They left food in the backyard, dogs not happy... The posts of the deck are not completely vertical, about 5 degrees off, really? When they cut the hole for the door they cut away too much of the trim at the bottom instead of removing the trim before cutting a hole. Then they had to patch the trim again.
