This is a very ethical company that does quality work. We had some confusion with the materials we chose. After installation we discovered the posts were larger than we had envisioned. The owner, Wagner, corrected the issue very quickly and was very fair with us. Frank, the superintendent, was extremely competent and made certain we were happy….which we are. I highly recommend this company.
Great deck, built by a fabulous set of workers. Very pleased.
We had a previous porch removed and replaced with a concrete pad. The team was effecient and did a wonderful job.
The end result is excellent. We really like our new roof over the deck. The carpenters were very professional. Consulting with an engineer was done some to be sure of the quality and strength of the project
Working with Decks by Caio was amazing! We obtained quotes from several companies, and Caio was competitively priced while offering more robust framing, and extremely transparent pricing. Our project finished for the same price we were quoted, even though Caio accommodated several additional requests and finishing touches were requested, that I feel other companies would have charged us for. Both Wagner and Frank were extremely responsive, and great to communicate with. We highly recommend Decks by Caio!
