Overall the deck looks very good, lots of compliments from the neighbors. But, they need to pay more attention to the details. Some workers clearly don't care any more. They left food in the backyard, dogs not happy... The posts of the deck are not completely vertical, about 5 degrees off, really? From the initial meeting and proposal to the permit process to the actual work to the final inspection, it was evident that the focus of everyone involved was excellence and customer satisfaction. Although Wagner has never built a deck for me, I can't attest to his work ethic. When a tree fell on my house, he was the first to come and help secure the property, remove the tree, and arrange for repairs. Checked several times to make sure repairs were done correctly and his team did a wonderful job. Highly recommend him and his team.
The stain started peeling within weeks, making the deck look years old already.
I wanted to sit with my new deck for a bit before writing this review, and wow. We could not be happier. The deck looks fantastic - Wagner and his crew did an amazing job. We get so many compliments from people just passing by. I could not recommend this company more.
