I had a deck built 5 years ago and I have had multiple issue with the construction. This year another stair has failed. I set multiple appointments with George (franchise owner) that he confirmed and then didn't show up for and didn't call to tell me. Basically their "lifetime" warranty means nothing. This is a company with zero integrity. DON'T USE THEM!!!
I had DeckMasters install two different composite decks about 7 years ago. These were not cheap and while I do like them, I'm having problems with several of the composite boards cracking and peeling. I'm supposed to have a lifetime warranty but I can't even get DeckMasters to return my call to try and help me. I would not recommend them.

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. 6 years ago we paid a considerable amount of money for a new deck. The deck was composed of wood floors and “composite rails”. Despite proper sealing/ staining on our part, the wood floors have rotted. I contacted the company for assistance. No one ever took the time to come out and look at the situation. Deck Masters tore down an old deck and replaced it with a smaller deck. Steve did the actual building. Steve was very hard working and precise, plus took time to answer all questions. Everything was cleaned up and looked great when he left. We are very pleased with the work.
