Josh Fusco, owner of Deckit Construction in Linesville, was hired in April of ’21 to install a metal roof on the front sunroom of our house and to encase the frame of a window. His proposal stated a 2-year workmanship warranty. In June ’21 we tried to open that same window and were unable too. We immediately called Josh. He said he assumed we didn’t use it, so he permanently closed it. He said he would fix his error. He dragged this out by not returning our calls or making empty promises.
