I contacted Deckify Ottawa on July 15, 2025 for a quote on either repairing my cedar deck or replacing it. I received an immediate standard response requesting my telephone number and address which I provided. It has been radio silence from Deckify since then. Today is July 22 and I have yet to receive any kind of response. For a small business (my assumption) this kind of behaviour is unprofessional and puzzling given that customer experience is key to its survival. AVOID
We absolutely love our new backyard deck from Deckify! The craftsmanship is outstanding, and the built-in lighting on the steps elevates the space, especially at night. Deckify recently replaced the decking in our aging back porch. The entire process from initial consultation through finished product was very smooth notwithstanding the challenges of supporting the roof and without disrupting the mother cardinal and her newly hatched babies. The entire team are great to work with. Special thanks to Steve for the skill and dedication in getting the job done during one of the hottest weeks of the summer.
