Friendly, helpful and efficient as I called to ask if they take an electrical appliance for recycling and they said they do so when I got there one of the workers took care of it for me and I was on my way. I recommend this place as they have been in the area for a long time originally in New Windsor and then a different Westminster location before where they are now located

One bad egg or bait & switch??? I called a few times asking how they wanted wire sorted. The ladies on the phones were very friendly as was the staff in the warehouse. But when it came time to sell, the young man told me my three piles all paid the same. (Extension cords, small appliance, and cat5.) I saw what was happening so I played dumb but pointed out that my 40 pound roll literally said category five and the office quoted more for that. His response was laughable as he described “the fluffiness” of the wires is what th... read more
