I have rented from Decker Rentals in Bedford several times when my machine was at another job site or getting serviced and each time it has been an easy, seamless and just a great experience overall. I've rented from other equipment rental places in NY and CT in the past and a few weren't great experiences but Decker Rentals has been terrific. Mike was great to work with.

I’m not sure if the owner of this business is Ben or not. But I’ve never dealt with such a rude guy in my life. The way he tries to speak down to you is totally unprofessional and uncalled for. We get it you’re in the rental business and may not a thing or two about machinery but that doesn’t give Ben the right to speak down to other humans and treat them the way he does. Human resources please talk to Ben!
Can Human Resources please speak to Ben your owner/manager or whatever he is. His attitude and the way he speaks to you is very unprofessional and rude. Does he expect us the customers to be professionals? How does this guy even hold a job or ownership here? You have lost our business.
