Dan and the staff were beyond helpful. We needed to rent a pallet jack and within ten minutes the guys had it ready for us. Not only did they have the jack ready, but they were so kind and helped us load it into the bed of our truck. Then when we returned, the original price was reduced because we did not rent it for more than an hour; unlike United Rental who wanted to charge us the daily rate even though we only needed it for such a short amount of time.
