Edit: The owner responded to me my review but refuses to call me after I have requested to talk to him or somebody above the management to give me a call. Its been two weeks and haven't heard a peep from you. I lived at one of their properties for 3 years I am a very easy going Tennant and looking back I cannot believe I out up with the night mare that is decker properties. We went through 7 different maintenence staff on the 3 years I was there because of how awful the company treats their employees. From my understanding it is a group of rich people who make everyone else in the company suffer and do their dirty work. Maintence was never done in the 3 years I lived there. Rude staff and they try and hide the lease from you until you agree to sign Edit. To be clear they provide a sample lease that covers the generic content I asked if this was the lease I would sign they said no I asked for that lease and they refused to show me untell I agreed
