Worst rental management company I've encountered. Issues with snow plowing on time, management is rude to their tenants, and poor communication from their management. They refused to give me a copy of the lease with rates filled in and expected me to sign and agree to a lease? Would not recommend.
Decker properties has done a great job for me. Their apartment was perfect for me and their manager Aaron was the best. I bought a condo and moved to it but would have stayed in my apartment if I didn't buy a condo. Great job and I thank you for having me as a tenant. Thank you!!!
Decent place to live quiet and good neighbors property manager was very helpful but they try to charge you for time you weren't there after you move out and they just raised rent by over 100 dollars a month ridiculous I'd never rent from them again
Edit: The owner responded to me my review but refuses to call me after I have requested to talk to him or somebody above the management to give me a call. Its been two weeks and haven't heard a peep from you. Shame on you to come on here to try to protect yourself instead of solving the problems needed to be done. -I lived at one of their properties for 3 years I am a very easy going Tennant and looking back I cannot believe I out up with the night mare that is decker properties. I lived at one of their properties for 3 years I am a very easy going Tennant and looking back I cannot believe I out up with the night mare that is decker properties. We went through 7 different maintenence staff on the 3 years I was there because of how awful the company treats their employees. From my understanding it is a group of rich people who make everyone else in the company suffer and do their dirty work. Maintence was never done in the 3 years I lived there.
