Worst rental management company I've encountered. Issues with snow plowing on time, management is rude to their tenants, and poor communication from their management. They refused to give me a copy of the lease with rates filled in and expected me to sign and agree to a lease? Would not recommend. Update: I had the option to keep my prior landlord's lease which I did, because I wasn't able to get a copy of the one Decker was offering. Understanding and accommodating team. We had an amazing property manager named Shelly J as well. Very nice people to deal with and when something breaks they are there that day or the next day early morning. The premises is always cleared of snow right away. At one point before we went tmonth-to-month they were going to lower our rent due to inflation calming down. I don’t think many places would do something like that. Decker properties has done a great job for me. Their apartment was perfect for me and their manager Aaron was the best. I bought a condo and moved to it but would have stayed in my apartment if I didn't buy a condo. Great job and I thank you for having me as a tenant. Thank you!!!
Decent place to live quiet and good neighbors property manager was very helpful but they try to charge you for time you weren't there after you move out and they just raised rent by over 100 dollars a month ridiculous I'd never rent from them again
