I lived at one of their properties for 3 years I am a very easy going Tennant and looking back I cannot believe I out up with the night mare that is decker properties. We went through 7 different maintenence staff on the 3 years I was there because of how awful the company treats their employees. From my understanding it is a group of rich people who make everyone else in the company suffer and do their dirty work. Maintence was never done in the 3 years I lived there. Rude staff and they try and hide the lease from you until you agree to sign Edit. To be clear they provide a sample lease that covers the generic content I asked if this was the lease I would sign they said no I asked for that lease and they refused to show me untell I agreed
Austin went above and beyond for us over Christmas when our garage door broke christmas eve! He is such a conscientious worker and very quick to respond to any of our requests. A tribute to the maintenance team!
