Unorganized business. Took my chainsaw to get it tuned up. I said, please find out why it doesn't it start on the first pull. He said, No problem, I'll let you know when it's ready. Go back to get it a few of months later. He "said" that he gone through it and it runs now. I said, okay. Lets try starting it. He pulled and pulled and pulled. About a dozen times later it finally started. I took the saw, tried using it and, it would not start. Took it to a different reliable small engine repair shop and had them work on it.
