During our recent heat alert out A/C decided to break down. Everyone with Decker Heating & Air Conditioning were professional and very helpful. Decker Heating & Air Conditioning was able to come the same day, identify the issue and fix it so we could cool down again. He even let me know about service contracts that are available to keep everything working well. Highly recommend this company.

The technician was very helpful in explaining the service provided. He took before and after pictures of the vents and informed me when the next scheduled cleaning would be (for a home without pets). He was also able to provide answers on other services his company would be able to perform. I will recommend this company definitely.
A heads up for anyone else using this, this seems to be a pretty sophisticated scam. I am writing in absurd detail to help you come to the same conclusions as me. There is no company, Decker Heating & Air Conditioning, to my knowledge. Instead, this is a front for a scam called Premium Home Services. On a humid Friday afternoon, I was visiting my parents with my children when the air conditioning at their house broke down. The technician from Decker Heating & Air Conditioning arrived promptly and assisted with the repair of the air conditioner. He is nice, friendly, and accommodating. Definitely, sharing his contact information with relatives and friends. I'd give him 6 stars if I could! Decker Heating & Air Conditioning comes highly recommended.
