Last week, I called this company for help with a broken air conditioner. From the moment they answered the phone until the job was complete, their services were excellent! They quickly diagnosed the problem, then just as quickly fixed it up for a price that was more than fair. Professionalism at its best with technician Decker handling the installation of my new thermostat system recently - not only did he do an incredible job but he also helped explain all aspects related to getting started with it so that I could get up and running without any hassles or downtime in between!!!

Decker Heating & Air Conditioning was the only place that would come out the same day! I called multiple places after our air went out in the afternoon before our son's one year old birthday. I had 25 family members and friends coming and was completely panicked. It was so hot in our house. The receptionist was so sweet and compassionate towards our situation.
