My MIL came to visit from out of state and needed a chip repaired from her drive, and they fixed it in like 30 mins. A few weeks later, I got a huge chip from a gravel truck, and they had it fixed just a fast. I used a claim with my insurance and they were awesome with working with them, and it was the least amount of haggle with them and the insurance possible. Replaced our broken windshield fine, although took a number of hours longer than expected. When the vehicle was picked up, the drivers side door handle on the inside was broken. The tech looked at it, and said he needed to call his boss. A day later we were told that because they didn't work on the door they weren't liable for repairing it. I'd stay away from a place that operates on the business practice of not my problem because you can't prove I broke it.
!!!Be Aware!!! Appointment set for 10:30 am but didn’t actually start until 11:40. Said they had the windshield in stock when I made the appointment but they didn’t. They destroyed all 4 of the push clips that hold the cowl to hood seal in place because they didn’t align the cowl piece correctly so they just left the seal hanging inside the engine compartment and didn’t inform me about it. They also damaged the paint around the windshield when cutting the old window out and left black stains from the seal on my hood. There w... read more
These guys are awesome. Call them and they were able to get me in the same day! And I was in and out in just minutes. Great service highly recommend them.
My windshield had to be custom ordered and it arrived really quickly! They also saved my parks pass sticker from my cracked windshield and put it on the new one for me. Super friendly and professional.
