Brian's installer did a great job with the actual work but the upcharges and overbilling from Brian were egregious. I chose him in part because of his great reviews but I now realize they are dated and his current business practices border on scam. The scope of the project changed slightly (20% larger) after I accepted the bid and sent in my deposit. We couldn’t be more pleased with the work. They handled all the flooring and bathrooms in our custom home, and the results are exceptional. The design layout and workmanship are truly in a class of their own. Highly recommended.
We are so happy with our new kitchen backsplash!! Brian Decker helped me through the whole process of ordering tile and getting everything set up. Sunny who did the tile work for us was very nice and did an amazing job! My kitchen has been transformed! Thank you!
