Deckelman’s always takes care of us in a prompt manner. After waiting three months for Lubbock Lock & Key to try and complete a change of locks on my filing cabinets. I called Deckelman's Locksmiths and they immediately put me on the schedule and had a locksmith out within the week. The technician was fast and efficient changing out 10 locksets within an hour! I called to ask availability of someone to unlock my car. The lady that answered the phone was very rude and treated me like an actual child. She also hung up on me while I was still talking to her. I would recommend literally anyone else because these people do not have the time of day for you or anyone else.
