Decked Out of the Triad did our deck for $26,000 and it is falling apart! When I confronted the owner, Steve, with ALL the staples coming out from the lattice, that was not properly installed correctly/backwards, the owner REFUSED to correct it. If you use him, have a CONTRACT, and hold him to it. Our deck is completely falling apart, but most of his reviews online are from his family. We are very happy to have worked with Decked Out of the Triad. Price was fair and they stuck to it. Steve is knowledgeable and experienced in decks and porches. Otis , the forman , is very skilled and the team worked hard to stay on time and provide us with a deck and 3 season room , which exceeded our expectations. We can recommend them!
Steve could not have been easier to work with! Decked Out even changed our design half way through to accommodate our needs. We now have a lovely covered deck that allows us to enjoy the outdoors instead of being driven inside by blazing Sun or rain. The design is now perfect for us thanks to Steve’s expertise. Our deck is the second one Decked Out has done in our neighborhood and both are great additions and are attractive additions to our homes. Highly recommend!
This was our second time using Decked Out of the Triad. Steve and his crew are very conscientious, communication was great, they are easy to work with, pricing is fair, and everyone takes great care in your home. We love our renovated porch and are looking forward to using it all year with the newly installed window/screen combination.
Steve and his team did an outstanding job on our new outdoor patio. The covered structure turned out better than I could’ve imagined. Happy to share our experience and help!
