We have been reaching out to them and had no response. My drawer is held closed by a strap after the latching mechanism broke off. It was a gift from my husband didn't last two years.
It’s supposed to support 2000 lbs but my 1300 lb UTV broke all the supports. Decked won’t warranty it because I don’t have the receipt, it was a gift but I received it new in the box. So now that all the supports are broken, it’s starting to sag a will soon need to be disposed of. I would have given it one start except that I like the concept. Buy once, cry once! I don't understand most peopes issues. I have 2 legacy boxes. I relocated one into a new work trucks. Had to trim some plastic off...still fits great! Added locks to it, couldn't be happier. It would be nice if you could customize parts. Or buy a grey or tan topper. But I've been a decked user for almost 3 years and NOTHING has broke. I do construction, I've abused it and WAY over loaded shit on top. So more options...more accessories pleeaaase!
I received my Decked drawer system yesterday evening. Opened the box this morning, had it installed in about one hour, by-myself. I am very pleased with the quality! (I've had 3 different drawers, three different companies) This is by-far the best one. It's a perfect addition to my 2025 GMC Sierra 1500 crew cab, 4x4, QUALITY! Thank you for the quick delivery to SW FL... All the way from Idaho, wherever that is I'll post a photo of my Decked drawer also. Thanks again!
They make a great product but only for it to become fully obsolete for their original customers base. Wish you guys wouldn’t stop making accessories for the legacy system. Be weary.. I suspect the new system will see the same fate and become obsolete in a couple years just like the legacy system.
