Initial engagement was promising; Angie scheduled a prompt on-site estimate. However, the appointment time passed with no show. I followed up via two texts, an email, and a voicemail, but received no response. While the company has high ratings for their workmanship, their logistics and communication in the Merrimac area failed completely in this instance. If the location was outside their service area, that should have been vetted and communicated upfront rather than resorting to ghosting.
Highly recommend this company. Great people. Excellent communication. Beautiful work. We get so many compliments on our new screen porch.
