Came to evaluate project, promised a price range and time line, then ghosted. Update in response to Owner's response: I am a former customer (3 projects). Their work was affordable but the quality was B-/C+ and required a lot of owner oversight. I contacted them on the project where they ghosted me because it was their deck work that needed to be repaired.

Unprofessional and untrustworthy. But I dodged a bullet. They came over to measure for a bid and seemed friendly enough. They promised to get back to me. It's been weeks and no response. The phone always goes to voice mail. No response to text messages. Why did you say you'd give me a bid? If you don't want the work, just tell me. Don't waste our time by ghosting me. Tim and his team built us a large covered deck five years ago. We’ve loved it. Even though they were a bit slow getting finished, the final product was awesome. Then a few weeks ago one part of the deck began to sag a little. I called Tim up wondering if he would honor the lifetime warranty on labor. He came out the next day to check it out, two days late came by and fixed the problem. Amazing product and amazing service. It’s a rare combo.

I got a bid from Tim in December of 2020. I wasn't in a huge hurry, he told me he was probably 6 months out on deck building. 6 months later, I called, left messages, texts, emails. No response whatsoever. If he can't even respond and say he's too busy, he's not the type of person you want to do business with. Don't waste your time.
